I'm annoyed, it was a double pack of coasters and mugs. Both mugs broke within the year.

oh I seee. I also move weights around in a noobish style. tryin to lose weight to get to normal BMI instead of overweight even though I aint fat.

BMI is...just wrong. It's only ok when used in say, checking if a population is overweight, but person to person the numbers are completely wrong. At best it's a rough guideline.
There are guys at the gym that are cut, and they register as overweight, one hits 'obese' and his bodyfat % is single digits.
Lifting is good. I went back into the gym after a long..realllllly long break and started back on cardio, PT took me off that, back into weight lifting, and only doing cardio on the off days.
